With more than 40 years of multidisciplinary maritime and strategic experience, Eng. Rodriguez Gonzalez has built OMS as one of Mexico’s most solid and trusted crew management and maritime consulting organizations. His career is not a random sequence of roles, it is a deliberate preparation to lead complex operations where legal, technical, and human factors must align perfectly.

As founder and CEO, he operates as a complete Business Facilitator, enabling clients to achieve operational continuity in critical Cabotage and Offshore projects by navigating international maritime frameworks with precision, authority, and strategic clarity.
