Eng. Ricardo Antonio Rodríguez González

Founder & Chief Executive Officer · Oscar Maritime Services (OMS)

With more than 40 years of multidisciplinary maritime and strategic experience , Eng. Rodríguez González has built OMS as one of Mexico’s most solid and trusted crew management and maritime consulting organizations. His career is not a random sequence of roles — it is a deliberate preparation to lead complex operations where legal, technical, and human factors must align perfectly.

As founder and CEO, he operates as a complete Business Facilitator , enabling clients to achieve operational continuity in critical Cabotage and Offshore projects by navigating international maritime frameworks with precision, authority, and strategic clarity.

DP2 / DP3
CMMO Mastery

Under his direction, OMS operates not as a staffing administrator, but as a strategic partner ensuring compliance with international conventions and safety standards for high-technology vessels including DP2 and DP3 .

Offshore Field Engineering

Unlike a traditional executive profile, his experience as an Electrical Engineer onboard international pipeline-laying barges and crane vessels ( Sea Trucks Group , McDermott ) provides deep technical understanding of crew realities — from the engine room to executive leadership.

High-Level Negotiation

He has led national infrastructure and telecommunications projects, specializing in obtaining permits and right-of-way releases with federal authorities such as SCT , PEMEX , and CFE . His historic role as Political Relations Delegate in the Merchant Marine Officers Association reflects his ability to mediate between corporate, governmental, and union interests.

Under the KORAL Standard , Eng. Rodríguez González leads OMS ensuring every crew management and technical consulting solution is grounded in precision, professional ethics, and an unmatched understanding of Mexico’s maritime ecosystem.

Additional Staff
